Our daughter, Lacie, is three years old and has been quite excited for several months of the pending arrival of her baby brother, Nathan. Having grown up with siblings of our own and both with great relationships with our siblings, Steve and Monica pray Lacie and Nathan will have a special sibling/friendship relationship in the years to come. The day Lacie came up to the hospital to meet "her" baby brother, Nathan, for the first time was one we will remember for many years. She was so excited and immediately wanted to hold him. We look forward to watching them grow up together, learn together and be there for one another. We know there will be times of sibling rivalry in days to come but that all comes with being the big sister. Poor Nathan will probably grow up with not only a big sister but in reality, two moms! :)

Nathan and Lacie are sweet love gifts from Jesus. We are so happy for you guys. We just knew Lacie would be a Great Big Sister. They are both cutie patooties!!!We enjoyed seeing all of the pictures. We can't wait to meet Nathan and reunite with yall again. We saw your blog awhile back but as I wrote to you there wasn't a way to post it so glad you fixed it. You know children really do grow up right before your very eyes. Seeing precious little Nathan brought back memmories of Andrew when he was born on March 29th, 17 years ago. He was born on Good Friday. I remember sharing with him about his little life being new and new life in Jesus. We knew he could not understand yet but did accept Jesus when he was 8 years old. We hope you enjoy your precious children. Jesus is so faithful. We love and miss you guys abundantly!!!!!!!!!!!
